ORDER
How to shop on ABC-MART Vietnam?
You can shop for your favorite products easily, just follow these simple steps:
- Select the product you want to buy.
- Select product size (note male, female, unisex categories), then select "Add to cart".
- To add more products, repeat steps 1 and 2.
- Once completed, click “Buy Now” in the right corner of the product image.
- Review cart.
- Click "Buy Now" to complete your purchase and checkout.
- Fill in your valid email address and delivery address details if you are checking out as a guest. You can also log in to your registered account at ABC-MART Vietnam by clicking on "Login" (person icon at the top right corner of the page).
- Complete your shipping address and shipping method.
- Review your order and make sure the information is correct, then select "Next".
- Choose one of the payment methods below:
- Credit card
- ATM Card / Bank Account
- Mobile banking and e-wallets
- Click "Place Order" and complete your payment.
- You will receive order status notification on your email.
What is the shopping method at ABC-MART Vietnam?

PRODUCT
Are the products sold on the website different from the products in the store?
There will be some models that are only sold in the store or vice versa, only some models will be available on the website. However, we will try to show as much as possible so that customers can choose and shop.
Is there a price difference between the product on the website and in store?
All prices are the same, however, during certain periods we may have special promotions on the website or in certain stores only.
How to see product dimensions?
Please follow these steps:
- Visit product page.
- Click on the "Size Guide" section under the product name to see your exact size.
- Pay close attention to the Men's, Women's, Unisex shoes, US or UK size straps etc. to avoid ordering the wrong size. After choosing the right size, just click on the size option and add the product to your cart or buy now to avoid running out of size.
Are the products sold genuine?
We guarantee all products sold in our official store are 100% genuine products.
Is the product available?
The products we have on our website are constantly being updated, so we cannot guarantee product availability. A product is available if the size or product can be selected or added to the shopping cart. If the product and size cannot be clicked, then the product is out of stock or out of size.
Which countries are the products manufactured in?
All products from Asia are made in China, Vietnam, India, Indonesia, Japan. Products will be sent in random order and based on product availability, therefore we cannot confirm which country the product will be sent to you.

What payment methods are accepted on ABC Mart Vietnam website?
ABC-MART has the following convenient payment methods:
- Online payment via payment gateway using international payment cards VISA, MasterCard, JCB.
- Pay online with domestic ATM card.
- Cash on delivery (COD).
- Payment via e-wallet.
PAY ONLINE BY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD VISA, MASTER CARD, JCB
- Customers use credit/debit/prepaid cards VISA, MasterCard, JCB issued by domestic and foreign banks.
- The entire payment system is secured according to PCI-DSS International Standards, customers can be completely assured when paying by prepayment via credit/debit card on the website.
- The transaction is recorded as successful when the customer receives a notification from the payment gateway system returning the status "Transaction successful" (ensuring balance/limit and authenticating the customer according to the card's usage regulations).
ONLINE PAYMENT VIA DOMESTIC ATM CARD
- Customers pay for purchases using domestic ATM cards issued by more than 40 domestic banks connected to the payment gateway.
- Simple, easy to use, intuitive and secure payment in just 3 steps:
- In addition, to pay by domestic bank card, the customer's card must be registered to use the online payment feature or the Bank's electronic banking.
- The transaction is recorded as successful when the customer receives a notification from the payment gateway system returning the status "Transaction successful" (ensuring balance/limit and authenticating the customer according to the card's usage regulations).
TRANSPORT
How much is the shipping/delivery fee?
- We apply the following shipping rates:
- Currently, ABC-MART is supporting free shipping when customers register for membership and shop on the website for standard delivery.
- For Express delivery, customers will be charged for this service.
How long does it take to deliver an order?

How do I track my shipment/delivery status?
After placing an order, you can inbox the admin to check the order status or check the order notification email.
Can I change the address after placing an order?
- It is not possible to change the address details if the order has been delivered by the carrier to the address registered in the system. Please ensure all your delivery address data is correct before making payment.
- Changes may result in your order being longer or delayed than expected, although we always try our best to support you.
What happens if there is a shipping error or product damage?
- We recommend that you contact our Customer Service immediately, no later than 7 days after receiving the product, as stated in our Return Policy. We will proceed to verify and check your order and product details.
- Please keep the product in good condition and in original packaging.
RETURN
Can I return the products I purchased?
- Products must be exchanged within 7 days of receipt.
- The total price of the replacement items must be of equal or greater value. (If the price is higher, the customer must pay the difference).
- The product must not be worn, altered, washed or used and must be in the same condition as the shoe box, invoice, product tag and other accessories that came with the product (if any) to be eligible for exchange.
- We do not accept exchanges for sale items.
- Each product can only be exchanged once.
Can I exchange items I have purchased?
Exchanges are valid for products that meet the following criteria:
Incorrect size
- The product received does not match the customer's order: for example, the customer ordered size 30, but received size 32
- Size difference between physical product and packaging/box
- Different sizes between left and right (e.g. shoes, slippers)
- The product received is the same side (both shoes/slippers are right or left side)
Color is not accurate
- The product color is not as stated in the product description: for example, a customer ordered blue shoes, but received red shoes
Damage / Defect
- Product color : Faded or different color
- Product Material : Peeling leather, torn material, loose stitching or knitting, stained or deformed parts, torn or punctured material
- Product Parts : Loose buttons, broken zippers, missing pieces/parts, broken handles, uninflatable (for balls)
- Requests for exchanges of different size, color, or type/model are not allowed. However, you may return your product for a full refund (as long as the exchanged product meets the criteria) and place a new order. Exchanges can only be made for the same product (same SKU, same size, same color, etc.)
- Requests for product exchange must be made within 7 days of receipt of the order. The exchanged product must be received at the predetermined location no later than 7 days after the exchange date approved by ABC MART Vietnam.
- When exchanging the product, please use the outer packaging/box as we sent you and cover the product packaging with a "fragile" sticker with sturdy packaging to avoid damage to the original box during shipping. We do not accept any form of exchange when there is damage to the product and product packaging/box.
Exception
- We do not allow exchange requests based on color differences between the physical product received and the product photo caused by lighting effects or computer monitors
- We do not allow exchange requests based on incorrect purchases or changes of mind after purchase. We strongly recommend that you review your shopping cart before completing your order.
- Exchanges do not apply to swimwear, sports bras, athletic wear, tights (including tights/leggings, compression/compression pants, cycling shorts), socks, fitness equipment, sports accessories (including hats), and other brand or shoe care products that have specific Terms and Conditions and are clearly stated in the description.
- ABC-MART Vietnam reserves the right to make final decisions and change this policy at any time without notice.
