INSPECTION POLICY

Checking goods is the work of checking and comparing the products/goods received in the package sent by ABC-MART Vietnam with the products in the customer's order.

- Time of inspection.
After receiving the goods, please record a video of the entire process of unpacking the package, carefully inspect the goods and compare the products with the invoice. In case you ask a relative to receive the goods on your behalf, you still need to record a video of unpacking the package and checking the products. This is an important basis for us to support handling if problems arise such as damaged goods due to the transportation process or delivering the wrong product compared to the order. Lack of information or basis will affect your rights and our decision to process your order - we will not be responsible if we do not have enough information and actual basis.
After successful delivery, our company is only responsible for errors caused by the manufacturer (according to the Return/Exchange policy), all other cases will not be our responsibility.
- Scope of goods inspection.
You can check the actual products received, compare the products received with the products ordered on the order after the delivery staff confirms the order according to the following criteria: sample photo, product code, size, color, material...
Absolutely do not peel or open product boxes with sealed stamps or guarantee stamps.
Do not take codes for products with points, gift exchanges or accompanying accessories (if any).
- Steps to handle when received goods are not as ordered.
After you check the package, the product received is not the same as the product you ordered. Please contact Customer Service via email or Inbox on the Website for the best support (working hours from Monday to Friday during office hours).
In case ABC-MART Vietnam packages the wrong order, you can request to withdraw the current order - send a new order or not, ABC-MART Vietnam will withdraw the goods and refund with payment points/voucher of equivalent value. The voucher is valid for 30 days from the date of issue to you as soon as possible.
In case ABC-MART Vietnam packs the goods according to the order, but the customer changes his/her needs, the customer can request a return and apply the return policy. In this case, the customer will pay the delivery fee (if any).
