POLICIES AT ABC-MART
DELIVERY POLICY
ABC-MART Vietnam Co., Ltd. provides home delivery and cash-on-delivery services nationwide across Vietnam.

Upon receiving and unboxing the goods, customers are kindly requested to record a video as evidence for any issues that may arise during transportation or in the event that the delivered items differ from the original order. Please thoroughly inspect the goods and compare them against the invoice before accepting the delivery. In the case that a representative or family member receives the goods on behalf of the customer, the same inspection procedures must be followed. Inadequate evidence or information may affect our ability to resolve any issues, and we shall not be held responsible in the absence of sufficient and factual documentation. Once the goods have been successfully delivered, our company shall only be liable for manufacturer defects (in accordance with our return/exchange policy). All other circumstances fall outside our responsibility.

Please note: All products sold by our company are accompanied by an official invoice. Therefore, customers have the right to refuse receipt of the goods if an invoice is not provided. This ensures the quality of the product, confirms that it is a genuine ABC-MART item, and protects customer rights regarding returns and exchanges.

We deliver based on the information provided by the customer, and delivery timeframes may vary depending on the timing and destination. Delays may occur due to unavoidable circumstances, including but not limited to: incorrect addresses, customer unavailability, unsuccessful contact attempts by the delivery staff, natural disasters, fires, or peak seasons.

If the expected delivery time has passed and the order has not been received, customers are kindly requested to contact us for timely assistance. If during the waiting period the customer wishes to make changes to the order (e.g., change items, cancel the order), and the parcel has not yet been dispatched, please inform us so we may coordinate with the delivery service provider.

Delivery Partners: Giao Hàng Nhanh (GHN) and Grab Express

We utilize Giao Hàng Nhanh (GHN) and Grab Express for flexible delivery solutions.

When placing an order, customers are kindly requested to provide complete and accurate information to facilitate timely delivery and payment collection. We are not responsible for delivery delays or lost shipments due to inaccurate customer-provided information.

Delivery timeframes will depend on whether the customer chooses standard or express shipping. These timeframes are approximate and subject to change.

In the event that our delivery personnel are unable to complete the delivery on time, we will contact the customer to provide an update.

Customers are kindly requested to inspect the goods carefully upon receipt. If there are any discrepancies in quantity or quality compared to the order, please notify us immediately so that we can coordinate with the delivery service provider for resolution.
Shipping Fees:
- Standard shipping fees are determined by ABC-MART Vietnam. Customers may be eligible for free shipping if certain conditions set by ABC-MART Vietnam are met. The Customer Service Department will provide detailed pricing upon request, and customers have the right to decide whether to use the service.
- In case you change your mind and do not receive the goods, you must pay a minimum shipping fee of 50,000 (depending on the value of the order).
Responsibilities of the Business and Logistics Provider Regarding Documentation During Delivery:

Commitment to deliver goods within the announced timeframe. In the event of schedule violations (excluding force majeure), compensation will be provided as per regulations.

Provide complete service information, including quality standards, shipping rates, liability for damages, and other relevant details (if any), either publicly at transaction points or directly to customers.

Guide and ensure adherence to the regulations and procedures for service usage. Ensure service quality meets defined standards and agreements.

Ensure security and safety in delivery services and protect the confidentiality and accuracy of information, including:

Safeguarding information in document or parcel form;

Maintaining security across the delivery network;
-
Protecting customers' private information;
-
Not opening or altering the contents of documents or parcels unless legally required or otherwise agreed upon by both parties.

Verify all documentation related to the origin of mail, parcels, and delivery records, ensuring confidentiality and security throughout the entire delivery process until successful receipt.

Return parcels to ABC-MART in the event of unsuccessful delivery (after first notifying ABC-MART to allow for updated recipient information or alternative instructions).

Provide ABC-MART with billing notifications, shipping invoices, and detailed shipping fee statements upon request.
