The following provisions are effective from December 2024.

This website is owned and operated by ABC-MART Vietnam Co., Ltd. and these "Terms and Conditions" apply to visitors and users of ABC-MART Vietnam. The term "We" refers to ABC-MART Vietnam, the provider of this website and "You" as the user agreeing to these "Terms and Conditions". If you do not agree to these "Terms and Conditions", please do not use this website.

2. SITE ACCESS AND USE POLICY

- Users must be at least 18 years old or have the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian when accessing and purchasing at abc-mart.com.vn. If not eligible, please do not use the website.
- All content on this website is the intellectual property of ABC-MART Vietnam. Any misuse or copying of any content for commercial or service purposes is not allowed without our written consent. Any violation may be prosecuted before the law.
- All reviews and comments on the site are the opinions and experiences of individual customers. We do not give any opinions or personal judgments about the products on the site except for basic product information from the supplier or manufacturer of that product.
- All customer information registered on the website including membership registration as well as information provided when ordering, paying and delivering must be accurate and updated on the website when there are changes. In case of providing incorrect information affecting the order or return policy, we will not be responsible.
- Customers/users are responsible for keeping their account information and password confidential when registering on the site. If you discover any unauthorized login, please immediately notify the customer service department for appropriate handling. We will not be responsible for any losses that may occur if customers do not comply with the site's regulations.
- By registering as a member, the customer agrees to provide information to us for use in creating orders, providing it to the shipping party for delivery, and sending customers order information or when there are promotions or events from ABC-MART Vietnam. If the customer does not want to receive promotional information, please follow the instructions on the email.


3. SALES POLICY

- To purchase, please follow the process set up on the website, your order is considered successful when the screen notifies that the order is successful and you receive an order confirmation email from ABC-MART Vietnam.
- In some cases where there is an error in the price displayed on the website compared to the listed price from ABC-MART Vietnam, we will promptly notify you and you will have the right to decide whether to continue with the order after the correct price has been adjusted or cancel the order. In case we cannot contact you or do not receive a response after notifying you within 24 hours, we will assume that your order is canceled regardless of whether the order has been or has been confirmed or not and the money will be refunded from 3 to 10 days (or more) depending on the policy of each type of payment or bank you used to pay for the order.
- All product content on the site will be at the sole discretion of ABC-MART Vietnam, including adding or removing products at any time on the site.


4. CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY

- We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event that the customer violates our terms and conditions even after the order has been confirmed, the payment will be refunded if it has been paid.
- Customers who need to cancel an order after placing an order, please contact Customer Service via Zalo or Shopify inbox for the best support. (working hours from Monday to Friday during office hours)
- For orders that have been confirmed to be packed and placed with the carrier or have been successfully delivered, customers will not be able to cancel the order but will only be supported to change the size or follow our return policy unless there is a product defect from the manufacturer and confirmed and agreed by ABC-MART Vietnam.

5. GENERAL RETURN RULES

- Products must be exchanged within 7 days of receipt.
- The total price of the replacement items must be of equal or greater value. (If the price is higher, the customer must pay the difference).
- The product must not be worn, altered, washed or used and must be in the same condition as the shoe box, invoice, product tag and other accessories that came with the product (if any) to be eligible for exchange.
- Delivery charges will not be refunded in the event of a return or exchange.
- In case the customer voluntarily refuses to receive the goods after placing an order, ABC-MART has the right to decide whether to limit the ability or right to purchase goods on our site in the future.

    Each product can only be exchanged once.

     6. RETURN POLICY

    - Incorrect size
    - The product received does not match the customer's order: for example, the customer ordered size 30, but received size 32
    - Size difference between physical product and packaging/box
    - Different sizes between left and right (eg shoes, slippers)
    - The product received is the same side (both shoes/slippers are on the right or left side)
    - Inaccurate color
    - Product color is not as stated in product description: for example: ordered blue shoes, but received pink shoes

    Damage / Defect
    - Product color: Faded or different color
    - Product material: Peeling leather, torn material, loose stitching or knitting, stained or deformed parts, torn or punctured material
    - Product parts: Loose buttons, broken zippers, missing pieces/parts, broken handles
    - Requests to exchange products with different size or color or type/model are not allowed. Product exchanges can only be made with the same product (same SKU, same size, same color, etc.)
    - Product exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order. The exchanged product must be received at the predetermined location no later than 7 days after the exchange date approved by ABC-MART Vietnam.
    - When exchanging the product, please use the outer packaging/box as we sent you and cover the product packaging with a "fragile" sticker with sturdy packaging to avoid damage to the original box during transportation. We do not accept any form of exchange when there is damage to the product and product packaging/box.

    **Exception
    - We do not allow exchange requests based on color differences between the physical product received and the product photo caused by lighting effects or computer monitors
    - We do not allow exchange requests based on incorrect purchases or changes of mind after purchase. We strongly recommend that you review your shopping cart before completing your order.
    - Exchanges do not apply to swimwear, sports bras, athletic wear, tights (including tights/leggings, compression/compression pants, cycling shorts), socks, sports accessories (including hats) and other brand or shoe care products that have specific Terms and Conditions and are clearly stated in the description

    7. PRICING POLICY

    - Prices on the website and in stores will be almost the same. However, depending on the program that is specific to the website or specific to the store, there will be items priced separately according to the promotion program at that time.
    - ABC-MART Vietnam reserves the right to change prices according to company policy at some point without prior notice.


    8. DELIVERY POLICY

    - We deliver according to the information provided by the customer and the delivery time will vary depending on the time and place of delivery of the customer. In some cases of force majeure, weather conditions or peak season, etc., the order may be delayed compared to the expected time, although we always try to deliver to you as soon as possible. We will not bear any responsibility or compensate for any damage arising from the delivery time being later than expected.
    - Standard shipping fee is regulated by ABC-MART Vietnam and customers will be exempted from this shipping fee when meeting the conditions set by ABC-MART Vietnam except for express delivery service, customers must bear this cost according to the fee table regulated by GRAB EXPRESS.
     - When receiving and opening the package, please record a video as a basis for us to handle when the goods are affected by the shipping process or when the goods are delivered incorrectly compared to the order placed by the customer. Lack of information or basis will affect our decision to process the order for the customer and we will not be responsible when there is not enough information and actual basis.
    - In case you need assistance or confirmation regarding delivery issues, please contact our customer service for support.


     9. PRIVACY POLICY

    - Our website puts the safety and security of customer information first. We apply the most advanced measures to protect your personal data as well as payment information. During the transaction process, all information you provide will be carefully encrypted to ensure that no one can access or steal that information. After you complete your order, the system will automatically exit security mode to ensure your privacy.
    - We also want to emphasize that you are not allowed to use any software, tools or other forms to interfere with our system or change the existing data structure. Our website strictly prohibits any acts of dissemination, propagation or encouragement of activities aimed at destroying or infiltrating the system's data. Individuals or organizations that violate this regulation will be deprived of all rights related to our services and may face legal action if necessary.
    - All your transaction information will be kept strictly confidential. However, in case of a request from a law enforcement agency, we will be required to provide this information in accordance with the law. This is to ensure that we fully comply with current regulations and laws, while protecting the interests of both customers and businesses.

    10. INVOICE

    - When you need to issue an invoice, please fill in the information in the notes section on the shopping cart page or contact the customer service department directly for advice. You can use the online chat function on the page and provide accurate information for us to issue an invoice.
    - Please request immediately after completing the order, requesting an invoice for an order after too long will not be able to be met after the accounting invoice closing time.


     11. MODIFICATION POLICY

    Only ABC-MART Vietnam has the right to edit and update the above terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. You can review the content before deciding to continue using the website or deciding to make a purchase according to our policy at that time.
