POLICIES AT ABC-MART

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

  • We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event that the customer violates our terms and conditions even after the order has been confirmed, and any payment made will be refunded if it has been made.
  • Customers who need to cancel an order after placing an order, please contact Customer Service via Zalo or Shopify inbox for the best support. (working hours from Monday to Friday during office hours)
  • For orders that have been confirmed to be packed and placed with the carrier or have been successfully delivered, customers will not be able to cancel the order but will only be supported to change the size or follow our return policy unless there is a product defect from the manufacturer and confirmed and agreed by ABC-MART Vietnam.

GENERAL RETURN RULES

    • Products must be exchanged within 7 days of receipt.
    • The total price of the replacement items must be of equal or greater value. (If the price is higher, the customer must pay the difference).
    • The product must not have been worn, altered, washed or used and must be in the same condition as the shoe box, invoice, product tag and other accessories that came with the product (if any) to be eligible for exchange.
    • Delivery charges will not be refunded in the event of a return or exchange.
    • In case the customer voluntarily refuses to receive the goods after placing an order, ABC-MART has the right to decide whether to limit the ability or right to purchase goods on our site in the future.
    • Each product can only be exchanged once.

RETURN POLICY

  • Incorrect size
  • The product received does not match the customer's order: for example, the customer ordered size 30, but received size 32
  • Size difference between physical product and packaging/box
  • Different sizes between left and right (e.g. shoes, slippers)
  • The product received is the same side (both shoes/slippers are right or left side)
  • Color is not accurate
  • Product color is not as stated in product description: eg ordered blue shoes, but received pink shoes

Damage / Defect

  • Product color: Faded or different color
  • Product Material: Peeling leather, torn material, loose stitching or knitting, stained or deformed parts, torn or punctured material
  • Product Parts: Loose Buttons, Broken Zippers, Missing Pieces/Parts, Broken Handles
  • Requests to exchange products for different sizes or colors or types/models are not allowed. Exchanges can only be made for the same product (same SKU, same size, same color, etc.)
  • Requests for product exchange must be made within 7 days of receipt of the order. The exchanged product must be received at the predetermined location no later than 7 days after the exchange date approved by ABC MART Vietnam.
  • When exchanging the product, please use the outer packaging/box as we sent you and cover the product packaging with a "fragile" sticker with sturdy packaging to avoid damage to the original box during shipping. We do not accept any form of exchange when there is damage to the product and product packaging/box.

**Exception

  • We do not allow exchange requests based on color differences between the physical product received and the product photo caused by lighting effects or computer monitors
  • We do not allow exchange requests based on incorrect purchases or changes of mind after purchase. We strongly recommend that you review your shopping cart before completing your order.
  • Exchanges do not apply to swimwear, sports bras, athletic wear, tights (including tights/leggings, compression/compression pants, cycling shorts), socks, sports accessories (including hats), and other brand or shoe care products that have specific Terms and Conditions and are clearly stated in the description.
