POLICIES AT ABC-MART
PRODUCT INSPECTION POLICY (JOINT INSPECTION)
Applicable to all orders placed on the ABC-MART Vietnam website.
1. Purpose
- The co-inspection policy is designed to protect customer rights and increase transparency and safety in the online shopping process.
- ABC-MART is committed to delivering the exact product, model, size, color, and quality as ordered by the customer.
2. Definition of "Joint Verification"
"Joint inspection" is the process where the customer and the delivery person (postal worker) jointly check the external condition of the package and product at the time of delivery.
The purpose of joint inspection is:
- Confirm that the goods are the correct products as ordered.
- Ensure that the goods are intact, undamaged, and that no products are missing.
- Check that the packaging and shipping labels are complete and not torn or missing.
Note: Joint inspection does not include trying on/wearing the product, cutting tags, opening packaging (if any), or checking the actual usability and quality of the product.
3. Scope of application
- This applies to all online orders placed through the ABC-MART website.
- We support all forms of payment (COD, card payments, bank transfers, etc.).
- This is done at the time of delivery, before the customer confirms receipt of the goods or makes payment (for COD orders).
4. Joint inspection regulations
Upon receiving the goods, customers can choose to inspect them together with the customer or not .
Customers are allowed to:
- Inspect the product visually (packaging, labels, color, quantity, size).
- Compare the product with the information on the order.
Note: Customers are required to record a video of the unboxing process as evidence to ensure their rights are protected according to the Inspection Policy.
Customers are not allowed to:
- Try on the product, cut off the tag, and open the packaging (if any).
- Try and use the product (wear it, take it with you, etc.).
- Dropping, soiling, or damaging the product during inspection.
5. Cases where goods may be refused
- Customers have the right to refuse delivery if any of the following circumstances apply:
- The product delivered was incorrect in model, color, size, or was missing items.
- The product was damaged, cracked, or dented at the time of inspection.
- The packaging or sealing tape is torn or opened (except when the customer opens it themselves during inspection).
- Customers are requested to immediately notify the postal worker and contact customer service at 0971.189.518 for assistance.
Note:
- The refusal to accept goods does not apply if you change your mind or dislike the product after inspection.
- In the case of COD orders, if you change your mind and refuse to accept the goods, you will have to pay a minimum shipping fee of 50,000 VND (depending on the value of the order).
6. Post-joint inspection handling policy
Return goods
- When returning a product after inspection, you need to:
- Please keep the original packaging, accessories, shipping documents, bubble wrap, and all products in the order intact.
- Keep a video of the unboxing process and a video of the return packing, clearly showing the product in its original condition . This video will serve as evidence for ABC-MART to verify the condition of the goods according to the Inspection Policy.
- Reseal the package box securely with tape, just like it was originally.
Note: If the product is dirty, damaged, has a torn seal, is missing accessories, or shows signs of use, and there is no video of the unboxing and packaging process, ABC-MART reserves the right to refuse the return and issue a refund.
Exchange / Refund
- If an order is delivered with the wrong product, color, size, or is missing items, ABC-MART will exchange it for the correct product completely free of charge, including shipping.
- In the event that the product to be exchanged is temporarily out of stock, ABC-MART will issue a refund according to its Return and Warranty Policy.
Note:
- ABC-MART will issue a refund if the product has a defect from the manufacturer or from our side, or if there is no suitable replacement size/model available.
- In cases where customers change their minds, choose the wrong size, or no longer need the product, they must pay a minimum shipping fee of 50,000 VND (depending on the order value) and the matter will be processed according to the shipping policy .
7. Commitment
- ABC-MART does not charge any additional fees when customers perform a joint inspection.
- We are committed to providing a safe, transparent shopping experience and protecting our customers' rights to the fullest extent.
Note:
- Orders placed outside of business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day (Monday–Friday: 8:00–17:00).
