INSPECTION POLICY

Checking goods is the work of checking and comparing the products/goods received in the package sent by ABC-MART Vietnam with the products in the customer's order.

  • Time of inspection.

ABC-MART Vietnam accepts customers to check with delivery staff at the time of receiving the goods. Testing the goods is not supported.

Please check the goods carefully, compare the product with the invoice before receiving. In case you ask a relative to receive the goods, you still need to check the goods carefully before receiving. When receiving and opening the package, please record a video as a basis for us to handle when the goods are affected by the shipping process or when the goods are delivered incorrectly compared to the order placed by the customer. Lack of information or basis will affect our decision to process the order for the customer and we will not be responsible if there is not enough information and actual basis. After successful delivery, our company is only responsible if there is a fault caused by the Manufacturer (according to the Exchange/Return policy), all other cases will not be our responsibility.

  • Scope of goods inspection.

Customers can check the actual products received, compare the products received with the products ordered on the order after the delivery staff confirms the order according to the following criteria: sample photo, product code, size, color, material...

Absolutely do not peel or open product boxes with sealed stamps or guarantee stamps.

Do not take codes for products with points, gift exchanges or accompanying accessories (if any).

  • Steps to handle when received goods are not as ordered.

When you check together, the product received is not the same as the product you ordered on the order. Please contact Customer Service via Zalo or Inbox on the Website for the best support (working hours from Monday to Friday during office hours).

In case ABC-MART Vietnam closes the wrong order according to the customer's request, the customer may not receive the goods or pay. In case the order has been paid, the customer may request to send a new order or not, ABC-MART Vietnam will refund the money with payment points/voucher of equivalent value. The voucher is valid for 30 days from the date of issue to you as soon as possible.

In case ABC-MART Vietnam packs the goods according to the order, but the customer changes his/her needs, the customer can request a return and apply the return policy. In this case, the customer will pay the delivery fee (if any).
